As a reseller of mostly pre-owned products, Decatur Jewelry & Pawn has a clear and concise return policy.
In Store Purchases: (excluding firearms):
If you visit our physical store and obtain a sales receipt it states the following:
30-Day Service Plan.
No Cash Refunds.
We will accept returns for in-store credit or exchange for another equal value item if a customer returns an item out of buyer’s remorse, changed mind or similar situations where there is no clear damage or defect to the item.
If an item is deemed defective, we will work individually with each customer for a mutual resolution. We want you to be happy. We want you to return to our business and have positive shopping experiences with us.

Ebay return policy will not cover Buyer’s remorse or any reason other than not receiving an item or receiving an item that isn’t as described in the listing. If a return is accepted, the whole return process must go through Ebay, such as requesting a return, printing the shipping label through Ebay and tracking the returned item through Ebay.
If you purchase an item on Ebay and it does not fall within these guidelines or if you are past Ebay’s 30 day return allowance, please contact us for a return authorization. We will assess a 20% re-stocking fee on returned items if the item is “as described” or if the item is free of defects or damage and there is not a convincing reason as to why you want to return the item.
