In Store Purchases:  (excluding firearms): If you visit our physical store and obtain a sales receipt it states the following: 30-Day Service Plan. No Cash Refunds. Exchange Only. We will accept returns for in-store credit or exchange for another equal value item if a customer returns an item out of buyer’s remorse, changed mind or similar situations where there is no clear damage or defect to the item. If an item is deemed defective, we will work individually with each customer for a mutual resolution.  We want you to be happy.  We want you to return to our business and have positive shopping experiences with us.
